Room sharing

As in previous years, room sharing will be necessary to accommodate numbers. Rooms will be based on a twin share, so please provide 2-3 names of those you would be happy to share with.

We recognise that there may be legitimate reasons why employees cannot share, and we are open to supporting these requests for a single room allocation at a cost to Wella, subject to availability. Typically, these exceptions relate to medical, religious, or similar reasons but are not limited to these. In addition, we recognise that new starters in the business might not know or be familiar with your colleagues yet, so this also may be a valid reason.

If you need to request a single room, please indicate the reason on the registration form by 12th May. All requests will be reviewed in strict confidence and allocated accordingly.

* Please note, the Wella Professional Sales & Education capabilities meeting will take place in the same venue on the 9thJuly, for those required to attend, further details and invitation will be shared in coming weeks.  There will be accommodation provided at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Heathrow on 9th July for those attending the capabilities meeting who are not based in London.  If you are unsure if you require a room and have any questions on this meeting, please contact Sarah Hayter, sarah.hayter@wella.com.
