Book your travel to Heathrow
As per company guidance please use Egencia to book your travel ASAP to get the best rates, using your corporate credit card. If you do not have a corporate credit card you can book your tickets personally and claim back via Concur.
Where possible please car share or arrange group travel to keep expenses to a minimum.
Please arrive at the hotel between 9.30am and 10.00am
Registration will close at 10.00am
For 2025, the Annual Conference will be a one day and evening event on the 10th July, a half day on the 11th July, with accommodation provided in the Radisson Blu Edwardian Heathrow on the 10th July. Please arrange your travel back home pm on Friday 11th July, event finishes at 1pm.
By Car:
Take junction 4 off the M4 and follow signs to Terminal 1, 2 & 3. At the roundabout, take the A4 exit on Bath Road. There are 550 car parking spaces at the hotel. The car parking rate is £16.00 per 24 hours if you register your car at reception. If using Sat Nav, enter the following postcode: UB3 5AW.
By Train
Please book rail travel via Egencia.
London Underground
The nearest underground station is Hatton Cross or Heathrow (Terminals 1, 2 or 3)
Take the Piccadilly Line to Hatton Cross. Once there, leave the building and turn right. Go to the bus stop by the bridge and take the 285 bus heading towards Heathrow. Ask the driver for the Radisson Blu Edwardian hotel on Bath Road. You will pass the hotel on your right hand side and then arrive at the bus stop. Please cross the road and the hotel is a two-minute walk away. Plan your journey with London Underground's tube planner.
Mainland Train
Heathrow Express is a fast-track train from Paddington to Terminal 1, 2, 3 & 4 and only takes approximately 15 minutes to get to/from central London. Take the Heathrow Express train to Terminals 1-3. There you can either take bus 111, 285 or 140. Simply ask the driver for the Radisson Blu Edwardian hotel on Bath Road.
Air Travel
All air travel must be booked at least 14 days in advance via Egencia.

The car park is run by a 3rd party company, not the hotel.
It is a ticketless system and all guests need to pay on arrival via the QR codes around the car park and ticket machines based at front and north entrance of the hotel.
Parking charges can be claimed back using your corporate credit card. If you do not have a corporate credit card you can book your tickets personally and claim back via Concur.
